Tropes vs. Women in Video Games
- Here is a Kickstarter by critic Anita Sarkeesian of feministfrequency.com to create a webseries examining tropes for female characters in video games. It is currently well over its funding goal of $6000, with $90 000 donated.
- Here is a Rock Paper Shotgun article dissecting the predictably loathsome response from some male gamers.
- At this point the project clearly doesn’t need money, but I strongly suggest donating if for no other reason than to stick it to these assholes.
